Closing the Loop on String-Level Underperformance
Plant-level SCADA data is excellent at telling you something is wrong — an inverter block trending below its peers, a combiner reporting lower current than expected. It's far less useful at telling you exactly what to fix.
When an inverter block flags underperformance, our technicians trace it down to the individual string using I-V curve tracing equipment in the field, comparing each curve's fill factor and open-circuit voltage against manufacturer specification.
That granular diagnosis is what turns a vague performance gap into a work order for a single degraded module or a corroded connector — and it's the difference between guessing at a fix and delivering a measurable production recovery.
